Buenas ^^
He pasado unos días perturbado por unos molestos "clicks" que hacía el HDD (en mi caso un Seagate) cada pocos minutos.
Le pasé todo tipo de pruebas, y todas decían que el HDD estaba perfecto.
Qué es lo que pasa?
Buscando por internet, de un enlace fui pasando a otro.
Y finalmente di con la causa y la solución:
El sonido viene del APM (Advanced Power Management).
Soluciones?
A- http://hddscan.com/
Seleccionar HDD, IDE features, Advanced Power Management, 254 (MAX) y SET.
Para ahorrar tiempo, se puede programar que HDDScan arranque al iniciar windows (Programador de tareas).
B- Con CrystalDisKmarK (sacado de los foros de Seagate):

Hello.
I've been following this forum for many months, this is my first post. From the first day, my pc (with two Momentus XT 500G) has been giving problems of freezing in games and the horrible sound. (Other user video): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WcQM_7ZusfY
Now, with SD28 all problem of freezeing seems to have solved and the computer seems to do better in general but the beeping noise continue.
The beeping noise is produced by APM (Advanced Power Management). As a temporary solution, we can disable APM and AAM.
Small How TO
==================
1.- You can download CristalDiskInfo 4.1.3 here: http://crystalmark.info/software/CrystalDiskInfo/index-e.html
2.- Once installed, open Function menu and select:
- Resident.
- Resident Style: Hide.
- Startup.
- Wait time startup: 30 sec (Value By default. You can adjust this to start more faster. Depend of your pc, startups programs... etc.)
3.- Now inf Function menu too: Advanced Feature >> AAM/APM Control
- Disable AAM and APM of all yours Momentus XT HD and close this windows.
4.- Finally mark in Advanced Feature >> auto AAM/APM Adaption
Now, when you restart your pc, CristalDiskInfo start automatically and maintains all values. You can see the icons on windows bar.

Y ésto es todo.
Una mini-guía, que todo aquel que tenga unos chasquidos intermitentes en los HDD's debería leer. He visto durante la búsqueda muchísima gente con ése mismo problema.

Muchas gracias por la información. Realmente sí que son bastante molestos ese ruidos cada poco tiempo.
Colaboro poniendo otras 2 formas que dan desde el foro de Seagate, en el siguiente post (http://forums.seagate.com/t5/Barracuda-XT-Barracuda-Barracuda/Permanently-disable-APM-on-ST1000DM003/td-p/153389):
- con hdparm (http://disablehddapm.blogspot.com.es/) (tanto en linux como en Windows)
